Refund Policy

LIA is a flagship product of AmberEd Services Pvt. Ltd. Its terms and conditions state that once a transaction is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. However, in certain circumstances, LIA may refund the amount to the user with or without deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. 

Condition 1 for Full Refund 

• If a Competition Ring is created and no one joins it by the deadline or the less number of aspirants join for the Leaderboard to be active in that case, the Ring will be cancelled and your entry fee will be refunded to the account/ UPI Id shared by the user within 6-7 working days.

Condition 2 for Full Refund

• If a LIA USer while paying for a Competition Ring from their own account faces an issue that the money has been debited from his account but unfortunately our third party vendor has not confirmed its receipt on our end and hence the User is unable to play the Ring. In such situations, the money debited shall be automatically refunded to the account/UPI Id shared by the user within 6-7 working days.
• In case the money is not refunded automatically, the user can mail us at support@lucknowiasacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Issue”. The issue shall be resolved within 48 to 72 hours and after third party vendor verification, the refund shall be completed within 6-7 working days.

*LIA shall also not refund any tax-deducted amounts that are already deposited in the government account. 

General Refund Terms and Conditions

1. LIA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or caused beyond LIA’s control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures issues that may lead to cancellation of spheres/pools.  In such circumstances, LIA shall also be entitled to cancel any related Contest(s) and to process an appropriate refund for all Participants.
2. All scholarships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Scholarships cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or kind.
3. To the extent permitted under law, LIA shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material, the quality of servers, games, products, LIA services or sites, cancellation of competition and prizes. LIA disclaims any responsibility for, and if a User pays for access to one of LIA’s Services the User will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any inaccessibility that is caused by LIA’s maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of LIA’s service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. In addition, LIA does not provide any warranty as to the content on the LIA(s). LIA(s) content is distributed on an “as is, as available” basis.
4. All disputes shall be subject to LUCKNOW Jurisdiction only.
